Are hot tubs allowed to be near the electrical panel?

No, hot tubs must be at least 5 feet away from any electrical device per the NEC.

Are hot tubs allowed near windows or glass doors?

If a hot tub is within 5 feet of a window or glass door, the glass must be tempered to meet safety requirements.

Can I put a hot tub on a deck?

Yes, but the deck joists and posts must be sized to support the full weight of the hot tub, including water and occupants.
